What this site is
The AI Misuse Case Library is an independent Chinese-language editorial project: it organizes publicly released AI threat intelligence reports into case interpretations that ordinary people can understand, explaining case by case what happened, what role AI played, what evidence exists, and what remains unknown.
This site is not the official Anthropic website, does not represent Anthropic's position, and has no affiliation with any government or company. The original report and publisher information are as stated on Anthropic's official page.
Current scope
This site currently interprets only one report: Anthropic's 154-page threat intelligence report released on September 10, 2026, with a main observation window from December 2025 to August 2026. We have broken it into 42 Chinese article units, paired with topic pages, glossary terms, and protection guides.
This site does not conduct its own case investigations or add new facts outside the original report; all behavioral descriptions and attributions come from the original report, and editorial protection recommendations are clearly marked. If more reports are included in the future, their sources and dates will be noted one by one in the report library.
Who maintains it
This site is maintained by a small editorial team. We do not display member titles or credentials to endorse the content: the credibility of the content should come from public sources, verifiable methods, and a public revision history, not from personal authority.
Each case notes the original report page numbers it relies on, and separately lists 'facts confirmed by the report' and 'matters still unknown'; content that has not completed the review process is not marked as 'reviewed'.
