Boundaries for high-risk content
No attack steps, original prompts, malware implementations, weapon parameters, experimental procedures, target coordinates, or clickable indicators of compromise.
Biological and weapons entries focus on stages and governance; better short than padded. Surveillance entries go only to the group level.
Attribution principles
Statements about actors and companies use 'the report states', 'Anthropic attributes ... to ...'. Medium confidence is not upgraded to confirmation.
Platform rule judgments are not written as judicial conclusions. If a named party has a public response, you are welcome to inform us through the correction channel; after verification, it can be noted on the relevant page.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected first and noted on the page. If the source report is updated, this site updates accordingly and distinguishes between 'source correction' and 'translation revision'.
The correction entry is at Contact and corrections.
Rights and submissions
The original report's copyright belongs to the publisher. This site provides original summaries, paraphrases, and explanations, and links to the original publication page and PDF; it does not host the original PDF by default.
No public display submissions of unreviewed incidents, no attack tools or dangerous attachments.
